The rock supergroup Hollywood Vampires, whose core members embrace – Alice Cooper, Aerosmith’s Joe Perry and Johnny Depp – are set to launch their second studio album, Rise, June 21.

For his or her newest single from the document, Depp takes over the lead vocal duties for a canopy of David Bowie‘s traditional tune Heroes.

The black and white video was filmed in Berlin‘s Hansa Studios final June, the exact same studio that Bowie recorded the unique model approach again in 1977.

By the point the tune kicks into the refrain: ‘And we will be heroes,’ the video begins to chop to pictures of the band on a tour-bus and reside efficiency footage.   

By the second verse the eye is centered on Depp each on stage and within the recording studio.

Though the band began out primarily doing cowl songs of their favourite artists from the 1970s for first self-titled album in 2015, Rise branches out with many extra originals.
